
Brian Cullinan is an accomplished business executive with 35+ years experience working with boards and senior executives of Fortune 100/500 companies across multiple industries. Currently Brian serves as an independent director and Audit Committee Chair for both Movano, Inc. and CodeLogic, Inc. In addition, Brian serves as an Advisory board member of AFO, LLC (a private company family office).
Brian spent over 30 years at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) where he served in various senior leadership positions, including two terms as a member of PwC’s US Board in addition to being elected to PwC’s Global Board of Partners. While at PwC, Brian served as the firm’s Southwest Region Managing Partner. Brian’s other roles included serving as West Region Assurance Leader and as the firm’s US leader for the Entertainment, Media & Communications assurance practice.

John Stanley retired from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department as a lieutenant in 2017 after 32 years of service. He remains a reserve deputy and is chairman of both the Los Angeles County Peace Officers’ Memorial and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Museum committees. He has authored numerous articles on law enforcement history, tactics, disaster response, non-lethal weapons, and Tactical Science. He currently writes a quarterly column on tactical history for the California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO), and his most recent article was published in the December 2018 issue of American Police Beat magazine on the opening of the National Law Enforcement Museum in Washington, DC.

David Ilan Weis is a local entrepreneur with experience in health and fitness, real estate, finance, medical/wellness, franchising and consulting.
He previously served on the national boards of the Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish World Service and the Jewish Funders Network. He also founded and chaired the BHAC Charitable Foundation, the first health-club based public charity in the US. David was a decorated Auxiliary Police Officer with the NYPD, served on two Boston-area police departments and was the founder and president of the Boston FBI’s Citizens’ Academy. He was a co-founder and national board member of the FBI National Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association and received the FBI’s Director’s Award for leadership and community service. David is a volunteer EMT with the LA County Dept. of Public Health SURGE Unit and the LAFD’s Community Emergency Response Team.
David is the founder and CEO of the Los Angeles County Law Enforcement Trust.

Jonathan Weis is a former Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts and a retired Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He served over 23 years with the FBI investigating complex counterterrorism, counterintelligence, criminal enterprise and violent crimes. He supervised the FBI San Francisco Division’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and worked in an undercover capacity for 20 years. He has over 15 years as an FBI SWAT Team Leader responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of hundreds of complex tactical operations and high-risk warrant service.
He currently serves as Director of Security for a Forbes top 5 family, responsible for the personal safety and security of the family, their employees, valuable assets and estates worldwide. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Accordant Global Partners, providing expertise, insight and experience in risk analysis and mitigation strategies for clients utilizing an outsourced Chief Security Officer.
